The Sage Room offers energy healing using predominantly Elohim Healing. Cushla is a trained practitioner in both Elohim Energy Healing and Angelic Reiki, Holistic and Deep tissue massage techniques and Holistic Pulsing.

The combination of modalities used in her work realigns the energy systems in the body and helps to unlock any “out of balance” systems within. When out of balance we may experience dis-ease, have low energy levels, feel emotionally detached or experience physical pain. Energy work helps get us back into sync, as well as helping you to feel more grounded, balanced, alive!

We are all energy, the world is energy, every living cell is energy. Whether you are a top athlete, a successful business person or someone that has a body or mind feeling a bit “off”, it is important to have our energy systems balanced and aligned. We all inherently want to perform from a healthy balanced platform as much as possible. To do this with the most success it is important to be balanced physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally.

Energy healing is key to bringing these balances into alignment in order for the body to have clarity, focus, groundedness, and ease. This is what helps create the flow state we all seek.

During your Energy Healing, Massage and Holistic Pulsing session, universal energy is directed by intention through the healer to the recipient. This energy (prana, qi, life force)  promotes self-healing within the body’s system, correcting energetic disturbances or imbalances. Energetic cords and attachments you no longer require, together with other varieties of energetic interference in your meridians, chakras and aura are also cleared and your energy field is realigned. This form of healing is non-invasive and has the intention of bringing you into a state of balance and enhanced wellbeing on all levels. Clients have noticed profound changes within themselves very quickly, either in a physical, emotional, spiritual or mental capacity.
